A coordination service, not a medical provider
Horcare is operated by Horcare Medical Care (Hefei) Co., Ltd.. Horcare coordinates the non-clinical parts of an international patient's journey: reviewing and translating records, matching a condition to a hospital department, arranging appointments, interpreters, travel logistics and follow-up. Horcare does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or perform any medical procedure. Every clinical decision, including diagnosis, treatment plan, eligibility, admission and discharge, is made by the treating hospital and its doctors.

The guides, treatment pages, specialty pages, hospital profiles and city pages on this website are general information written to help patients and families plan. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor who knows your case. Do not delay seeking medical care, or stop any treatment, because of something you have read on this website. Medical pages carry a "Last reviewed" date; medicine changes, and information may become outdated.
No guaranteed outcomes
Horcare never promises a cure, a result, or a success rate. Outcomes depend on the diagnosis, stage, overall health and many other factors that only the treating doctors can assess. Where this website mentions a statistic, it cites the source. Patient stories describe one person's experience, are published only with written consent, and are not a prediction for anyone else.
Costs and quotes
Horcare publishes no price list. Any cost information on this website is indicative only and is confirmed solely by the hospital's own quote. Hospitals quote and collect their medical fees directly; you pay the hospital, and Horcare adds no markup. Horcare's own service fee is quoted in writing before any paid work begins. The initial case review is free.
Advanced therapies and clinical trials
For CAR-T therapy, other cell therapies and similar advanced treatments, Horcare only helps patients seek access to products approved by China's National Medical Products Administration or to registered clinical trials. Eligibility is decided by the hospital or the trial team, not by Horcare. Horcare does not promote unapproved stem cell treatments.

- IVF and fertility treatment (not offered at this time)
- Any treatment that is not legally provided by a licensed hospital in China
Hospitals described on this site
Hospitals are described as hospitals Horcare helps patients access. Unless a profile is explicitly marked "Partner", there is no formal partnership, and no hospital has endorsed Horcare. Hospital credentials, such as Grade 3A status or JCI accreditation, are shown only where they could be verified from public sources. Horcare publishes no hospital rankings.
Visa and travel information
Visa and entry rules change and depend on your nationality and length of stay. Information on this website is general guidance only. Always confirm with the Chinese embassy or visa center before you apply or book travel.

Horcare is not an emergency service. If you or the patient have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. In mainland China, the emergency medical number is 120.
